Aventis Solutions is partnering with a leading technology team to build a cutting-edge AI Innovation Team, and we are looking for an exceptional Machine Learning Engineer / MLOps Engineer / AIOps Engineer / AI Data Engineer / Data Scientist / Data Science Engineer / Software Engineer Tech Lead to be at the heart of this transformation.

This is a critical role for someone who can bridge the gaps between data science, data engineering, and software engineering, ensuring AI/ML models are successfully built, deployed, and scaled. You will work on real-world machine learning applications, leveraging vast datasets and cutting-edge technology to create real business impact.

Key Details:

Salary: £80,000 – £85,000 + 25% bonus + 15% pension contribution + benefits package

Location: London-based HQ + flexible remote working options

Future Growth: Opportunity to progress into a more senior Head of AI Engineering role or transition into wider architecture positions. The company supports career development from the outset.

Key skills and responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy AI/ML models for large-scale business applications.
• Build and maintain high-performance data pipelines, integrating structured and unstructured data sources.
• Take AI models from prototype to fully scalable production systems.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and real-time model monitoring.
• Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to align AI solutions with business goals.
• Experience in financial services is a plus but not essential.
• Develop APIs using FastAPI, Flask, etc.
• Tech stack: Azure, Python, Databricks, Azure DevOps, ChatGPT, Groq, Cursor AI, JavaScript, SQL, Apache Spark, Kafka, Airflow, Azure ML, Docker, Kubernetes, and more.
