Placements24 is seeking a Lead AI Engineer to spearhead a distributed team in designing, building, and deploying advanced AI systems and ML models. This leadership role sets technical direction, mentors engineers, and drives high-impact AI initiatives globally.

You will lead end-to-end development and deployment of AI/ML models, define best practices, and collaborate with product managers to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, ML or related field.
• 7+ years of professional AI/ML engineering experience with leadership
• Expertise deploying AI/ML models using TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps
