Job summary

Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking an AI and Data Architecture Associate Manager to join our AI & Data practice in a role combining hands-on architecture with strategic leadership. You will help design AI-ready data platforms and scale AI for digital core, working with modern design patterns and client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience building AI-enabled data architecture.
• Commercial experience in one or more cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Competency around AI / Agentic AI.
• Background working in software development, data engineering or data science, with a desire to transition into AI and Data Architecture.
• Expertise across data domains including modelling, pipelining, governance, and data consumption.
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Palantir, etc.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in client-facing environments and leading technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data solutions using modern technologies under senior guidance.
• Identify gaps and inefficiencies in client architectures and assist in solution development.
• Shape strategy and roadmaps for improving client AI and Data architectures.
• Provide architectural support ensuring solutions are scalable and aligned with principles.
• Participate in client workshops and prepare documentation and follow-up actions.
• Gather requirements from clients and ensure project deliverables meet needs.
• Share ideas on innovation and emerging technologies across forums.
• Mentor junior architects and promote best practices.
• Engage with internal networks to build professional expertise.
