Qualifications

• Proven experience building and deploying agentic AI systems in production.
• Strong Python engineering skills, focusing on clean, tested, maintainable code.
• Hands-on experience designing RAG pipelines.
• Experience with at least one vector database in production.
• Practical experience with LLM evaluation techniques.
• Familiarity with agent frameworks with good judgment on use.
• Solid understanding of LLM fundamentals.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably GCP.

Responsibilities

• Design and build multi-agent systems for autonomous reasoning.
• Architect orchestration patterns for tool use and memory.
• Deliver solutions across various use cases.
• Develop end-to-end RAG architectures.
• Select and manage vector databases for unstructured data.
• Define and implement evaluation frameworks.
• Monitor and optimize agents for production performance.
• Collaborate with teams to build compliant agentic solutions.
