The National Rehabilitation Centre (NRC) invites applications for an Advanced Clinical Practitioner (Band 8a) at the NRC near Loughborough, with a key site coordinator role and autonomous clinical responsibilities.

Qualifications

• MSc in advanced clinical practice or equivalent MSc with NHSE Centre for Advancing Practice Digital Badge.
• Registered Independent Non-Medical prescriber.
• Evidence of teaching, supervision & assessment skills.
• ALS Provider/Instructor or equivalent teaching qualification.

Responsibilities

• Provide autonomous clinical assessment, diagnosis and treatment.
• Act as site co-ordinator for escalations during shifts.
• Refer patients to relevant specialties and facilitate safe discharge.
• Support teaching, supervision and audit activities.
