A community healthcare provider is seeking a dynamic Lead Administrator to support District Nursing and Community Therapy Services teams in West Oxfordshire. This multifaceted role involves managing an administrative team, ensuring timely patient referrals, and maintaining accurate records. We're looking for a dynamic Lead Administrator to support the District Nursing and Community Therapy Services teams in West Oxfordshire.
This role is going though a job evaluation therefore some duties may change.
This is a varied and demanding role that will provide opportunities for developing processes within a friendly team of clinicians and administrators to ensure patient needs are met and that accurate paper and electronic records are maintained.
You will be highly organised with the ability to multitask and problem solve in a busy and varied environment.
As Lead Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day organisation of the administrative team across two offices and work flexibly to meet the needs of this multi-disciplinary team. You will need excellent communication skills and be reliable and punctual and have experience in managing a small team.

You will be self-motivated and able to work autonomously as well as showing initiative and promoting new ideas on how to improve the service.
