A healthcare provider in England is seeking a dynamic Lead Administrator to support the District Nursing and Community Therapy Services teams. This varied role involves day-to-day management of the administrative team, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining accurate records. We're looking for a dynamic Lead Administrator to support the District Nursing and Community Therapy Services teams in West Oxfordshire. This role is going through a job evaluation therefore some duties may change. This is a varied and demanding role that will provide opportunities for developing processes within a friendly team of clinicians and administrators to ensure patient needs are met and that accurate paper and electronic records are maintained. You will be highly organised with the ability to multitask and problem solve in a busy and varied environment.
