Job summary

Hill McGlynn Recruitment is seeking an experienced Mechanical (AC & Ventilation) Project Manager to lead multiple projects across Shaftesbury and surrounding areas. You will oversee delivery from planning through handover, ensuring safety, on time performance, and value for money on schemes ranging from £200,000 to £1 million.

The role requires strong technical knowledge of air conditioning and ventilation, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to coordinate site teams,

Qualifications

• Experience delivering AC and ventilation projects.
• Experience with projects £200k–£1m.
• Strong health and safety knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage AC and ventilation projects from pre-start through handover.
• Develop and manage project programmes.
• Coordinate labour, subcontractors, suppliers and materials.
• Manage installation of air conditioning and ventilation systems.
• Monitor progress, costs and programme performance.
• Attend client, site and progress meetings.
• Ensure works comply with health & safety requirements.
• Coordinate commissioning and project handover.
