Job summary

Fruition Group US is expanding its contract recruitment desk in the US, backed by a senior team and a proven client base. You will take full ownership of the desk, focusing on Advanced Engineering sectors and leveraging embedded relationships to deliver from day one.

You’ll build your own network, win new business, and scale a team around you in a collab-friendly environment with strong training and mentoring from senior consultants.

Qualifications

• 1+ year recruitment experience in the US market.
• Proven track record running a 360 desk with both business development and delivery.
• Hunter mentality with ability to win new business and deliver quality hires.
• Strong communication and ability to engage senior stakeholders across regions.

Responsibilities

• Run a full 360 contract desk covering BD, client management and candidate delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with key US clients in Advanced Engineering sectors.
• Head-hunt and network to identify top contract talent via LinkedIn and databases.
• Attend client meetings to explore opportunities and strengthen partnerships.
• Write and post compelling job adverts and manage the full placement process.
