Job summary

Nteractive is seeking a Design Lead, 3D to create and deliver imaginative, strategically aligned concepts for live brand experiences. You will lead large-scale projects, mentor the 3D team, and ensure brand consistency across stands, stage sets, activations, and immersive environments.

You will present concepts to clients, support senior leadership on pitches, and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to raise creative delivery standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a 3D Design lead role within experiential, events, exhibitions, or live environments.
• Strong portfolio showing concept development, technical detailing, and delivery of large-scale projects.
• Understanding of spatial planning, build methodology, materials and production processes.
• Balance creative vision with technical practicality, budget considerations, and operational requirements.
• Understanding of how audiences interact with physical environments and brand experiences.
• Experience coordinating external suppliers, production partners, and freelancers.
• Proficiency in Vectorworks and Cinema 4D; Enscape experience is advantageous.
• AI curious and interested in how AI can support the creative process.

Responsibilities

• Lead the 3D design team from brief to delivery across large-scale projects.
• Translate concepts into technically feasible, commercially viable designs.
• Own large-scale projects, manage timelines and quality control.
• Collaborate with creative and other workstreams for integrated brand experiences.
• Present designs and design rationale to internal stakeholders, partners, and clients.
• Mentor junior and freelance 3D designers, overseeing workload and development.
• Coordinate with production partners, fabricators, and external suppliers.
• Deliver excellent client service and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Research and apply emerging trends, technologies, and materials.
