Job summary

Burson is seeking a Senior Experiential (3D) Creative with 10+ years in the field to lead immersive experiences from concept to production. The role blends storytelling, design leadership, and execution across physical and digital environments, with collaboration across creative, digital, and production teams.

You will shape spatial experiences, present concepts to clients, and work closely with vendors to ensure feasibility and on-time delivery, while upholding brand standards and innovation

Qualifications

• Proven experience in experiential, exhibition, or environmental design.
• Develop and deliver creative concepts from ideation to final execution.
• Experience creating concept sketches, 3D models, photorealistic renders, and technical design drawings.

Responsibilities

• Shape how people feel, move, and interact within a space by reviewing briefs and aligning on objectives.
• Develop and present design concepts to clients, incorporating feedback into revisions.
• Coordinate with vendors and production partners to ensure feasibility and accuracy, and conduct site visits to oversee installation.
• Balance creative ideation with technical problem-solving and hands-on execution to deliver immersive environments.
• Adapt to a variety of briefs, including graphic or brand design, by collaborating across the agency.
