Job summary

Currys plc in Milton Keynes is seeking a Lead Delivery & Install Driver (3.5T) on a permanent, full-time basis. You will deliver and install products for customers, manage multi-drop routes and support the team to keep operations smooth.

The role requires a full UK/EA licence, customer service focus, and the ability to mentor others while handling heavy items safely. A quarterly bonus and tech discounts are among the benefits.

Qualifications

Full UK/EA driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
Delivery driver experience with 3.5T vehicle.
Customer service mindset.
Ability to supervise peers when required.
Ability to handle heavy stock safely.

Responsibilities

Delivering and installing a range of products for our customers.
Ensuring the right products get to the right places at the right time.
Making every customer encounter memorable.
Completing a multi-drop route and handling heavy items safely.
Stepping up to support the operation in the absence of a manager.
Helping coordinate routes and support on-road colleagues.
Acting as a key point of contact for the team when needed.
Supporting with loading, stock control and general site readiness.
Maintaining high standards of health & safety at all times.
