Qualificações

• Degree level qualification or equivalent experience.
• Notable experience in rates markets, LDI strategies, and fixed income derivatives.
• Strong client-facing skills, market knowledge, and sales acumen.
• Experience in trade execution, sales support, or similar client-driven roles is required.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with good understanding of liability-driven investment strategies and insurance sector dynamics.
• Strong attention to detail, well-developed interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Execute client flow trades across rates and LDI products, ensuring efficient and accurate trade execution while maintaining strong client service standards.
• Develop and present trade ideas to the trading desk, identifying opportunities that align with client needs and market conditions.
• Maintain and regularly update trader positioning axes to ensure accurate risk management and real-time market understanding.
• Provide real-time market colour and insights to the trading desk, keeping teams informed of client flows, market moves, and emerging opportunities across UK and EUR rates markets.
• Manage and develop relationships with institutional insurance company clients, understanding their investment objectives, liability profiles, and hedging strategies.
• Develop a deep understanding of insurance market dynamics, client needs, and the evolving regulatory and accounting landscape affecting LDI strategies.
• Produce market analysis and commentary that demonstrates sector expertise and supports the sales team's positioning to clients.
• Collaborate with the rate sales team, LDI traders, and cross-functional support functions to drive strategy and market positioning.
