  • The caseload will vary according to business needs, but current work is mainly “cradle to grave,” requiring management of all claim aspects, including liaising with clients, brokers, policyholders, policy liability investigations, and quantum negotiations, including managing contractors and suppliers.
  • This is a fee-earning role with targets.

  • Assist in developing and improving the professional services of Charles Taylor Adjusting, working closely with the Directors of the Property & Casualty Team.
  • Support and develop marketing efforts, including building relationships with existing clients, identifying new clients, assisting with marketing activities, preparing and delivering presentations, and hosting social events.

Person Specification

  • Experienced Surveyor, preferably with insurance claims experience.
  • Experience in Structural Warranty claims is highly desirable; Subsidence claims experience is also beneficial. General Property claims experience is preferred.
  • Professional Insurance/Loss Adjusting/Surveying qualifications are desirable but not essential.
  • Key skill: highly motivated to undertake all tasks to ensure business success.
