Responsibilities

SodaStream UK are now looking for a Supply Planner to join our dynamic team. This role provides a unique opportunity to be a key part of our Operations team, responsible for fulfilling the demand plan while meeting the financial and service goals of the business and all other supply planning factors related to inventory production and inbound logistics.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • Develop a thorough understanding of expected stock levels and forecast growth plans

  • Support the UK Team in the S&OP meeting preparation and attendance

  • Monthly review, amendment and submission of purchase order plans in line with new forecasts

  • Raise Purchase orders for stock arriving from IL and NLC and update BPM system

  • Prepare the Daily Open Orders, Weekly Stock Report, Monthly Supply Dashboard and communicate to business

  • Responsible for the reduction of out-of-stock products in collaboration with Senior Demand Planner

  • Responsible for the review of slow moving/excess/obsolete inventory and identifying clearance opportunities together with Senior Demand Planner, Marketing and Sales

  • Management of stock take process with 3rd party suppliers (NLC, Israel)

  • AP invoices: Record, code and sign all invoices relating to inbound transport

  • Preparation of month end accruals for finance meeting at the end of each period

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree (logistics, mathematics, economics, engineering).

EXPERIENCE & WORKING KNOWLEDGE:

  • Firsthand experience in a similar role in Supply Chain and Inventory Planning is a strong plus

  • Strong knowledge of computer systems with emphasis on Oracle & Advanced Skills in Microsoft Office, mainly Excel

  • Analytical mindset

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining accuracy and efficiency

  • Team player but also able to work independently

  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, organized and taking personal ownership and accountability to meet the deadlines
