A major NHS organization in Manchester is looking for a team administrator. You will provide essential clerical support, ensure smooth office operations, and coordinate with healthcare professionals. Candidates should possess strong organizational and communication skills, and be comfortable working as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
We are looking to recruit a team administrator to our friendly team in the south of the city.
The post holder will be responsible for providing effective and efficient clerical and administrative support to a team of healthcare professionals, in the Learning Disability Community Service. The role will involve the coordination and implementation of office procedures and will require a high degree of organisational skills and excellent working knowledge of administrative systems. The post holder will often be the first point of contact and a focal point for the services requiring clear communication and liaison skills. They will work alongside the Health Managers and need to be able to use their own initiative and prioritise tasks.
We operate a referral system and you will be instrumental processing referrals through the system. The post holder will be required to work as part of a team at a community base and provide cross citywide cover during periods of staff absence. The role is fundamental to our team operations and if you are a great communicator, organised and enjoy working as part of a team we welcome your application.
