Job summary

Kelling Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a capable LCV Technician for an on-site role. You will diagnose, maintain and repair light vehicles, using a range of diagnostic equipment, and prepare vehicles for MOT.

The role runs Monday to Friday, 7:30am start, around 45 hours weekly, with a £1,000 signing bonus. A minimum of two years' experience and NVQ Level 3 are required, plus a full UK driving license.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Mechanics is required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an LCV Technician.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on all types of vehicles.
• Inspect, diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults.
• Repair or replace broken or defective parts and attend breakdowns on site.
• Process jobs on the works handheld tablet, allocate labour and parts.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety policies and be a professional ambassador for the company.
