Job summary

Octane Recruitment Limited in Glasgow is seeking an experienced LCV Technician. You will service and maintain vehicles, diagnose electrical, mechanical and hydraulic faults, and perform MOT testing when qualified. This role offers a base salary up to £46,000, with bonus opportunities and overtime on a DOE basis.

Great team environment with progression opportunities and in-house training. Working days are Monday to Friday, with Saturday on a rota, and a 8:30am-5pm schedule.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving license.
• NVQ/IMI/City & Guilds or Mechanical Eng Level 3 (or equivalent); Level 2 accepted with main dealership experience.
• MOT license would be beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing and maintenance of all vehicles.
• Electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic fault diagnosis and repair, including warranty work in line with brand parameters.
• MOT testing duties if qualified.
