Job summary

Auto Skills UK is seeking a LCV Technician to join the Glasgow Depot. You will service and repair light commercial vehicles, document work and maintain workshop standards. The role features a 42.5-hour week with a night shift from 7:30pm to 7am, Monday to Thursday.

The position offers a base salary of £44,848 per annum plus a £1,500 joining bonus, with overtime paid at 1.25x. Generous benefits include pension, life assurance and private GP access, plus 25 days leave rising with service.

Qualifications

• Appropriate technical qualifications required.
• Time Served Tech or NVQ/C&G Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Repairs.
• MOT preparation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete service and repair documentation and records in accordance with company requirements and standards.
• Overhaul of hydraulic and pneumatic systems and other workshop equipment.
• Maintain a high standard of housekeeping, both electronically and paper based.
