Job summary

Octane Recruitment's client in Stockton-on-Tees, England is seeking an experienced LCV Technician for a long-term role with progression opportunities. You will service and repair vans and perform fault diagnostics across electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems.

Requirements: 4+ years’ experience, Level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair with proof, and a full UK driving license. Salary is competitive with a 1.5k sign-on bonus, overtime, and structured training leading to Master Technician

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years' experience with vans.
• Proof of Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing and maintenance of vans.
• Electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic fault diagnosis and repair.
• Department of Transport (MOT) testing duties if qualified.

Days– Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm, 42.5 hours per week, No Weekends

LCV TechnicianRole:

• Carry out servicing and maintenance of all vehicles

• Must have a minimum or equivalent to NVQ, IMI, Mechanical Engineering or City and Guilds level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (will accept HGV/ PSV / LCV maintenance & repair level 3 also
• Must have proof of certificate as they will be requested & needed before starting
• Must hold a full UK driving licence
