Job Description

We are looking for a Hebrew speaking team member, to take on the role of Project Coordinator within our EMEA Operations team.

You will report to the EMEA Professional Services Team Leader and collaborate with Project Managers from different regions, providing support for all project-related tasks. Your proficiency in Hebrew will allow you to concentrate additionally on our business operations in Israel. The role of Project Coordinator engages with the project from the moment an order is received to the project closure after the customer deliverables have been realised. Responsibilities encompass order processing, purchasing, inventory management, import/export operations, VAT compliance and others. Your communication and collaboration with internal partners are crucial components of this role.

You will work Hybrid (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at office).

Your Responsibilities:

  • Correct booking orders into our business systems
  • Purchasing of material and external labour upon margin consistency and tracking deliveries
  • Control of internal cost and margin
  • Create Invoices and control of discrepancies
  • Appropriate project completion upon forecast but according to internal policy and process
  • Collaborate with all internal departments to ensure correct project delivery


The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • Proficiently in English and Hebrew
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365,
  • Experienced with managing complex information and multiple partners to find solutions.
  • An interest in understanding the matrix of interactions within the company
  • You are focused on priorities and uses resources across the business.
  • Be able to navigate challenges while maintaining our culture of respect.


The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
  • 1+ years of experience using an IFS or SAP system
  • Personally accountable for ethical, legal, and security-based actions.
  • Embrace change and adapt the role to meet current requirements.
  • Personal qualities and experiences are valued along with any academic qualifications.
