Your Role:
As an LCL Road Freight Operator, you will play a key role in managing our Less than Container Load (LCL) operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating and processing LCL shipments from start to finish
Liaising with carriers, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Managing documentation and compliance for all shipments
Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
Monitoring shipments and proactively updating clients on the status
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders

What We're Looking For:
To be successful in this role, you should have:

Experience in freight forwarding or logistics, particularly in LCL operations
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
