Job summary

Pall Corporation, a Danaher company, is hiring an LCF assembly operator in Redruth to support high-quality component assembly on a busy production line.

You will read engineering drawings, follow QA procedures, and maintain accurate documentation while working with shift allowances and bonus eligibility. This role offers a pathway to develop through Danaher's systems and a broad benefits package.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a factory environment, assembling components.
• Ability to read technical drawings.
• Practical skills, with the ability to concentrate on the task at hand.

Responsibilities

• Effectively and efficiently assemble components using drawings and planning sheets to Quality Assurance procedures.
• Maintain Quality checks as required, i.e., First Off and periodic samples.
• Maintain a good volume of work using the guidelines of times given on the work sheet.

This is an hourly paid role, for which we offer competitive rates and shift allowances. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay. We offer comprehensive package of benefits.
