Job summary

Pall Corporation in Redruth is seeking a Fluids Operator to build and test filter elements and assemblies, reporting to the Fluids Value Stream Leader. This on-site role sits within the Fluids department and supports the production of high‑quality components for aerospace applications.

You will work in shifts, develop within the role, and collaborate with a team while ensuring attention to detail and adherence to health, safety, and quality requirements relevant to manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Experience with hands-on manufacturing operations, with a great attention to detail.
• Demonstrated experience with operation Health & Safety and Quality requirements in manufacturing.
• The ability to following technical work instructions and drawings.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

The Fluids Operator is responsible for building and testing filter elements and assemblies.

This position reports to the Fluids Value Stream Leader and is part of the Fluids department, located in Redruth and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
