Salary: £25,349 to £29,253 National / £27,803 to £32,153 London

Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract/Secondment until 30th September 2025
The main purpose of this role is to manage administrative tasks for the Case Management team, including triaging cases, raising work orders, and escalating cases when necessary. The post holder will facilitate the smooth operation of the project, building positive relationships and liaising effectively with key stakeholders to deliver improved responsive services to customers.

This is a hybrid role with a base at our offices. Candidates are expected to work from the office at least one day per week.
