Job summary

Boots in Nottingham (Beeston) seeks a Layout Design Lead Specialist on a 12-month contract. You will lead store layouts using AutoCAD and Blue Yonder, shaping layouts for commercial and customer activity while coordinating with Stores and Properties teams.

The role requires strong numeracy, analytical thinking, and excellent time management, plus the ability to work flexibly and as part of a team. Experience in retail layout planning is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experienced user of AutoCAD is essential.
• Familiarity with Blue Yonder floor planning is beneficial.
• Good numeracy and analytical skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver AutoCAD & Blue Yonder layouts for all Commercial & Customer Activity.
• Make customer- and financially-focused micro space decisions using appropriate tools.
• Ensure layouts conform to the brief and layout guidance.
• Maintain quality standards for layout delivery and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage time and workload to meet deadlines with quality.
