A progressive authority is seeking a qualified solicitor or CILEX fellow for their commercial property team in Stafford. The successful candidate will manage commercial property transactions and provide legal support across various departments. Ideal applicants should possess relevant experience, great communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Role
We are looking for a qualified solicitor or fellow of CILEX to join our busy commercial property team. The successful candidate will undertake a varied caseload of commercial property transactions and projects for all Council departments and external clients. All legal staff are currently required to attend our offices in Stafford at least once a week or more frequently if needed.

We seek a qualified solicitor, CILEX fellow, or barrister with commercial property experience, either from the public sector or private practice. The candidate should be capable of working independently and in a team, possess strong communication and organizational skills, and live within a commutable distance of Stafford.
