Job summary

REM Associates Ltd. is seeking a Lead Lawyer to advise officers and elected members on planning and highways matters in a senior capacity.

You will handle Section 106 and 278 agreements, give robust planning and highways legal advice, and manage public inquiries and enforcement processes. The role requires qualification as a solicitor, barrister, or CILEX Fellow with senior experience in England & Wales planning or highways law, including familiarity with public rights of way and local

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with an active practising certificate, or Barrister, or CILEX Fellow.
• Senior-level experience in Planning and/or Highways law (England & Wales).
• Knowledge of Public Rights of Way and Local Government law.
