About The Role:

  • Handling cases related to divorce, child custody, adoption, domestic violence, and other family law matters
  • Managing property/financial settlements and family law files from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal procedures
  • Working closely with clients, providing empathetic and effective legal counsel tailored to their individual needs
  • Representing clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and mediations, advocating for their rights and best interests
  • Conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and preparing cases for trial
  • Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders, including experts and consultants, to support case strategy and resolution
  • Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide informed and strategic advice to clients
  • Maintaining confidentiality and upholding ethical standards in all client interactions and legal activities

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 1-3 years PAE in Family Law
  • Hold a valid practising certificate
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Competitive salary package ($130,000 - $155,000 depending on experience)
  • Quick Career progression to Senior Lawyer
