We are a seeking a property lawyer for our new and expanding law firm. We are opening a new premises in Didcot Headington and Henley which will be a manned reception and administrator who will provide administatration for area.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your own practice under the umbrella of Trueman Bailey and with the benefit of a fully paid salary - the benefit of consultancy whilst knowing you are paid as employee. You will have ownership over your work and cases but require the enthusiam to bring in new work make connections and establish connections within your local community. We have initiated this by ensuring you have access to local estate agents at the outset and created a client base.

Lawyers must be fully qualified with 2 years PQE. Hours are to be determined by the lawyer in accordance with the structure of a full working week (40 hours to be divided by you in accordance with client needs and your own requirements)

You will be provided access to your own local office base with administrator and in house tax advsior to support your team.

We would ask you do two days within the office but these can be spread and encompassed to suit the clients needs (for example two days spread over a week in smaller chunks should clients require meetings and to suit your structure ) so being able to

pop to the office is essential, preferrable to find someone in the Didcot/ Abingdon area with an understanding and knowledge of the area and able

To enhance their client base.

You will be managing the team and that area so ensuring that the office is in order approving staff holiday of the administator arranging marketing for the area (within your budget), ensuring you are remaining in line with company procedures and policies as well as compliance with the SRA rules and regulations, ensuring the wellbeing of team and yourself are looked after, priortising client service and wellbeing as it pertains to their engagement with our company, providing an exceptional level of service, strong communcation with estage agents and other local third parties, representing our brand to the highest standard and working conducively with others to ensure the same.

Strong legal knowledge and skill is of course paramount and an eye for detail.
