We are looking for two lawyers to join the Property section of nplaws Places Team. The role involves providing advice and representation to local authorities in all areas of property law.
nplaw is an award-winning public sector shared legal service hosted by Norfolk County Council. If you are an experienced property lawyer, we would love to discuss how you might fit into our Property team.
Requirements include being a qualified solicitor, barrister, or FCILEX, with experience in property law matters such as freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, overage agreements, commercial leases and licences, deeds of easement, and development agreements. Supervisory experience and a proven track record in managing client relationships are also desirable.
