The primary responsibility of the maintenance foreman is to maintain the lawn health and maintenance of our clients through services including but not limited to mowing, trimming, edging, and fertilization. This position will perform a variety of tasks in relation to lawn health that improve the functional and/or aesthetic value of the property. All Weller Brothers team members are expected to provide excellent client service by assisting clients promptly and courteously, answering questions and providing information as needed. A maintenance foreman will perform and ensure all team members are executing all job responsibilities in a safe, timely, and efficient manner.

This is a full-time non-exempt position. Specific schedules will be determined based on weather and general needs of the business.
