GreenThumb Ltd in Watford is seeking a Lawn Care Operative to join our busy local team. This full-time, permanent role focuses on delivering professional lawn treatments, diagnosing issues, and carrying out seasonal renovations, while introducing customers to our range of outdoor services.

No prior experience is required as we provide comprehensive training and support, with a starting salary of £27,831 plus £2,000 OTE and a Monday-to-Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• No previous experience is needed. We'll provide all the training, qualifications and support you need to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Applying professional lawn treatments
• Diagnosing common lawn issues and offering advice
• Carrying out seasonal lawn renovations, including aeration and scarification
• Introducing customers to additional GreenThumb services
• Delivering friendly, professional customer service
