Job summary

GreenThumb Ltd is looking for a Lawn Care Operative to join our Perth team. This full-time, permanent role involves outdoor work across your local area, applying lawn treatments and helping customers improve their outdoor spaces.

No previous experience is required – we provide full training and pesticide qualifications. You’ll enjoy a starting salary of £26,645 with a £2,000 OTE, a Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm schedule, a company van, mobile phone, and opportunities to develop your career.

Qualifications

• No previous experience is required; training and support provided.
• Must hold a full UK manual driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Applying professional lawn treatments
• Diagnosing common lawn issues and offering advice
• Carrying out seasonal lawn renovations, including aeration and scarification
• Introducing customers to additional GreenThumb services
• Delivering friendly, professional customer service
