Job summary
GreenThumb Ltd is hiring a Lawn Operative to join our field-based team in Somerset (BA16). This full-time, permanent role covers applying lawn treatments, diagnosing lawn issues, and carrying out seasonal renovations while you travel your local area.
No previous experience is required as we provide comprehensive training and pesticide qualifications. A full UK manual driving licence is required, and you will benefit from a competitive salary, 22 days holiday, company van and ongoing support to

- Applying professional lawn treatments
- Diagnosing common lawn issues and offering advice

- £26,645 starting salary + £2,000 OTE
- Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm (plus optional overtime)
