Job summary

GreenThumb Ltd. is seeking a Lawn Care Operative in Norwich to work full-time in our expanding outdoor services team. You’ll apply lawn treatments, diagnose issues, and perform renovations while travelling across the local area. Training is provided and you’ll gain pesticide qualifications as part of your role.

The position offers a full-time contract with a starting salary of £26,645 plus up to £2,000 OTE, a company van, uniform and ongoing career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; full training provided.
• Must hold a full UK manual driving licence and have the right to work in the UK.
• Willingness to work outdoors and travel locally.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Applying professional lawn treatments.
• Diagnosing common lawn issues and advising customers.
• Carrying out seasonal lawn renovations, including aeration and scarification.
• Introducing customers to additional GreenThumb services.
• Delivering friendly, professional customer service.
