Job summary

CMS is offering a direct training contract with a two-week CMS Academy before you start. You’ll rotate across different practice groups, gaining broad experience and working closely with our lawyers to build the skills needed to thrive as a solicitor.

During the two-year programme you’ll complete four six-month seats across diverse areas, with meaningful responsibility and a strong focus on development and client service.

Qualifications

• All graduates, undergraduates or postgraduate students studying either law or a non-law subject, or career changers looking for a new role.

Responsibilities

• You will rotate across different practice groups, gaining broad legal experience and understanding of client needs.
• You’ll be trusted with meaningful work and supported to develop judgement, confidence and commercial awareness.
• The programme includes the CMS Academy and a two-year rota across four six-month seats.
