Job Title: Law Firm Office Coordinator

Salary: £42,000

Location: Holborn

Our client, a leading boutique law firm, requires an office coordinator to carry out a variety of administration, reception and PA duties. Previous experience in a law firm is not necessary but you must have worked in an office as either a receptionist, administrator or team assistant; a minimum of 12 months.

Expected Duties Include:

  1. Setting up new client files.
  2. Ad hoc PA support.
  3. Liaising with suppliers and managing relationships with landlord, IT etc.
  4. HR administration.
  5. Answering the phones.
  6. Greeting clients and visitors / performing front of house duties.
  7. Diary management / meeting rooms.
  8. Organising post / recording deliveries / arranging couriers.
  9. Ordering supplies and equipment.

Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner are imperative as well as a positive, can-do attitude.
