Job description

Lee House is an attractive residential care home located in Wimbledon offering care and support to our residents.

The home has been carefully designed to offer comfortable accommodation which includes single occupancy bedrooms each with en-suite facilities, a pleasant lounge, dining room and garden. Facilities are also available for family or friends to stay overnight.Residents may personalise their room with small items of furniture and ornaments to promote familiarity.

Role: Laundry Assistant (Housekeeper and Domestic) Pay: Hourly rate starts at £12.91
Hours: 25 hours per week
Shift Times: 9am-2pm. Shift patterns include alternate weekend shifts.

The Role of Laundry Assistant:

As one of our valued Laundry Assistants, you’re at the front line of care. We’re passionate about creating a lovely environment for our residents to enjoy. So you’ll help us keep our Home clean and tidy for our residents and welcome our many visitors.

Every resident should enjoy a tidy and well maintained environment, clean laundry , y ou will work within the cleaning and housekeeping schedules as set by the Home Manager or Housekeeper.

Please note this role will require eligibility to work in the UK, two satisfactory employment references and an Enhanced DBS check, the cost of which will be met by Abbeyfield.
