An exciting opportunity to work as a Laundry Assistant in our care home has become available. You will be part of a friendly team, responsible for carrying out all laundry duties.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain the highest standards of laundry within the home.
  2. Ensure residents' clothing looks and feels great by washing, drying, ironing, and repairing items as needed.
  3. Maintain linen stocks for daily use.
  4. Take pride in ensuring your work is always completed to the highest standard.

All posts are subject to two satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS or PVG disclosure.

England Only - You will need to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19.

About You

The ideal candidate may have previous cleaning and/or laundry experience, but full training will be provided. Good communication skills, the ability to work well in a team and independently, strong time management, organizational skills, flexibility, energy, and a hardworking attitude are essential.
