What will I be doing?

As a Laundry Assistant, you will ensure linen availability for all departments to enhance guest and member experiences. You will also maintain linen room cleanliness and manage stock receipt. Your responsibilities include:

• Ensuring linen availability as requested
• Implementing quality controls for linen processes and rejecting exceptions
• Maintaining linen room cleanliness
• Carrying out stock takes
• Maintaining par stocks
• Receiving and safely storing stock
• Managing customer service issues promptly
• Overseeing linen issuing via requisition system
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations
• Performing other reasonable tasks assigned by management
