About the Role

Your role as Laundry Assistant involves supporting the Head Housekeeper in providing laundry services that support our hospitality functions, ensuring high-quality care for residents.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Carrying out all laundry duties.
• Understanding wash guide instructions and laundering requirements for various textiles, ensuring all items are well-maintained.
• Practicing safe work systems, particularly in moving and handling loads, assessing risks to ensure safety for yourself, residents, visitors, and staff.
• Contributing positively to teamwork and responding promptly to work instructions.
