A Laundry Assistant ensures linen availability for all departments, maintains Linen Room cleanliness, and manages stock receipt and storage.

Shifts are from 15:00 to 23:00, scheduled 5 days over 7.

What will I be doing?

As a Laundry Assistant, your responsibilities include:

• Ensuring linen is available for all departments as requested
• Implementing quality controls for linen processes and rejecting exceptions
• Maintaining cleanliness of the Linen Room
• Carrying out stock takes
• Maintaining par stocks
• Receiving and safely storing stock
• Managing customer service issues promptly
• Overseeing linen issuing via requisition system
• Adhering to all Health and Safety Regulations
• Performing other tasks as assigned by management

What are we looking for?

The ideal Laundry Assistant should:

• Work well under pressure
• Be capable of working independently or in teams
• Be flexible to work late shifts
• Be methodical and well-organized

Previous hotel or laundry experience is advantageous.
