We are international, operating in India, USA and the UK. In the UK, all our nurseries are Ofsted rated Good and Outstanding, based in London and Windsor. We’re growing with 1-2 new nurseries opening each year! At Kido, we blend practices from Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and Waldorf Steiner approaches with a unique curriculum for children aged 3 months to 5 years. Role responsibilities
As a Room Leader, you'll embody our values, lead your team, and create inspiring learning experiences aligned with EYFS and our curriculum. You'll observe and assess children, support goal setting, and ensure standards are met. You'll foster curiosity through indoor and outdoor activities, communicate effectively with parents and colleagues, and record progress to celebrate achievements. Your role is vital in creating a nurturing environment respecting each child's background and needs.
