We are international, operating in India, USA and the UK. In the UK, all our nurseries are Ofsted rated Good and Outstanding, based in London and Windsor. The Room Leader role offers a salary up to £31,000 for full-time, 40 hours/week. Benefits include:

Role responsibilities

As a Room Leader, you'll embody our values, lead your team, and create inspiring learning experiences aligned with EYFS and our curriculum. You'll observe and assess children, support goal setting, and ensure standards are met. You'll foster curiosity through indoor and outdoor activities, communicate effectively with parents and colleagues, and record progress to celebrate achievements. Your role is vital in creating a nurturing environment respecting each child's background and needs.

What we’re looking for

  • Level 3 childcare qualification or higher (see https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/early-years-qualifications-achieved-in-england)
  • Alignment with our core values: Listen, Learn, Lead
  • Experience as a Level 3 Educator, possibly as a Room Leader or Deputy
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Ability to disclose unspent convictions and pass DBS checks as part of our Safer Recruitment process
