We are an international organization operating in India, USA, and the UK. In the UK, all our nurseries are Ofsted rated Good and Outstanding, based in London and Windsor. We are expanding with 1-2 new nurseries opening annually. At Kido, we blend practices from Montessori, Reggio Emilia, and Waldorf Steiner approaches, offering a unique curriculum for children aged 3 months to 5 years. Role responsibilities
As a Room Leader, you'll embody our values—Listen, Learn, Lead—and serve as a role model. You’ll manage your room, plan engaging activities aligned with EYFS and our curriculum, and oversee observations and assessments. You'll foster a nurturing environment, utilize indoor and outdoor spaces effectively, and communicate with parents and colleagues to deliver exceptional experiences. You'll also be responsible for tracking children's progress and celebrating their achievements, respecting their backgrounds and individual needs.
