Busy Bees Nurseries in the UK is inviting enthusiastic individuals to join our Early Years Apprenticeship program. You will learn EYFS delivery, plan age-appropriate activities, and work alongside experienced Early Years professionals to build a solid foundation for your childcare career.

You’ll receive dedicated mentoring, access to bespoke Learning & Development courses, and regular feedback from a Development Coach as you progress toward your qualification.

Qualifications

• To apply, you must have Maths and English at GCSE grade 3/D or above or Level 2 Functional Skills.
• A Level 2 Early Years Practitioner qualification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Help plan and deliver age-appropriate activities following the EYFS framework.
• Support the team to provide high-quality childcare and positive learning experiences.
• Build strong, supportive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ensure children’s individual needs are understood and met.
• Contribute to safeguarding of all children.
• Work toward completing apprenticeship within the expected timeframe.
