Qualifications

• Ambitious and curious individuals with an interest in how organisations identify, understand and manage risk.
• Ability to solve problems and work through complexity in a banking context.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with stakeholders across functions.

Responsabilités

• Support risk assessments across technology, suppliers and third‑party services.
• Help maintain accurate risk, control and supplier information, identifying issues, gaps and emerging risks.
• Work with experienced colleagues to monitor controls, review evidence and support risk management.
• Build relationships with technology teams, business areas and suppliers, communicating clearly and constructively challenging where improvements are needed.
• Learn and apply risk governance concepts through structured learning pathways and on‑the‑job experience.
