Arriva London is seeking new Bus Drivers to join our team and start a career with full paid training at our dedicated driving school.

No prior driving experience is required; you’ll receive coaching, a structured learning program, and ongoing development as you qualify. The role includes 38 hours per week on a rotating 5 out of 7-day shift pattern, with clear pay progression and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
• No previous bus driving experience is required.
• From day one you'll receive fully paid professional Bus Driver training.

Responsibilities

• Drive buses safely and considerately to serve passengers.
• Learn and progress through our structured training and coaching program.
• Contribute to keeping London moving by serving routes reliably.
• Participate in ongoing training and development after qualification.
