Job summary

Purosearch Ltd. seeks an experienced Registered Service Manager to lead a brand-new residential service for adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs.

You will develop a strong team and ensure high standards of care from day one, with opportunity to shape the service. The ideal candidate will have prior Registered Manager/Service Manager experience in residential care, strong CQC knowledge, and outstanding leadership and organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager/Service Manager within a residential care setting.
• Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Experience in commissioning or opening a new service would be highly advantageous.
• A proactive approach and the ability to build and develop a high-quality service.
