Responsible for all aspects of Launch Programmes, MY changes, and Engineering change management.
Represent the Plant in Programme Events with customers and internally as required.
Ensure product designs align with QMS assumptions and metrics.
Provide adequate programme team support and resources on site, from tool delivery to PSW, Job 1, and metrics achievement.
Ensure ELM functional teams are accountable for their deliverables to achieve PSW sign-off to Phase 3 on time; track and review progress weekly, reporting gaps or failures to line management.
Support weekly ECR reviews.
Adhere to Artifex HSE Policies and procedures at all times.
Report weekly progress, opportunities, and threats to senior managers.
Manage plant issue tracker and drive issues to closure (CCAR).
Identify plant off standards and ensure resolution.
Collaborate with Programme teams and Plant Quality to support AIMS deck from pre-production to production, ensuring no PSW inhibitors.
Participate in WCPA events when additional operational support is needed.
Coordinate with plant quality to run a WCPA glidepath during launch phases, tracking issues to closure, including plant and customer audits.
Document failure modes during launch and update PFMEA and control plans accordingly.
Ensure control books are current, maintained during launch, and handed over to operations for Phase 3 PSW readiness.
Develop operator training matrices with Operations Shift Managers, leading training during launch to ensure operators are trained appropriately.
Support start-up and wash-up meetings at the customer site as needed, in coordination with senior management and programme team.
Conduct launch readiness reviews in the plant and lead the team to resolve open issues.
Update and populate Prolink with LRR documentation and plant overview.

Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
Familiarity with modern problem-solving techniques.
Understanding of EAPQP.
Knowledge of ECAR submissions.
Familiarity with the 18 Elements of PPAP (IATF).
Experience in the automotive industry.

Understanding of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 quality standards.
